TOD and changed SecondsPerUOMinute, changing speed of time not reflected!?

I tried to make time go faster in RunUO 2.0 (SVN 400), by changing SecondsPerUOMinute from 5.0 to 1.0, which works nicely. But XmlSpawners, that use TOD and are set to GameTime, do not work properly.

I wanted my NPCs to go to bed at night. When I use the normal speed of time, it works quite well, but not so, if I choose to speed up time.

I tried to look into the sources, but that's too complicated for me right now. Perhaps someone already figured out, what to do? Perhaps, I forgot something?
